1. Introduction

Xenti ("we," "our," or "us") operates the xenti.app platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our social intelligence platform and related services.

By accessing or using Xenti, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up using a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect and store your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect analytics data about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, monitoring projects created, and general usage patterns. This data helps us improve the product and user experience.

2.4 Monitoring Data

When you configure monitoring projects, we collect and store the keywords, brand names, competitor names, and other search terms you provide. We also collect publicly available social media posts, comments, and discussions that match your monitoring criteria.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide our core service: scanning publicly available online conversations and surfacing relevant mentions, sentiment analysis, and buying intent signals.
  • To perform AI-powered analysis on collected mentions, including sentiment classification, lead scoring, competitor complaint detection, and trend analysis.
  • To generate intelligence reports, content recommendations, and community discovery insights.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, alerts, and reports).
  • To improve and optimize our platform based on aggregate usage patterns.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Xenti:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information subject to their privacy policy.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend to deliver account-related communications.
  • OpenAI — AI-powered analysis. Mention data is processed through OpenAI's API for sentiment classification, lead detection, and insight generation. We do not send your personal account information to OpenAI.
  • Apify — Web data collection. Apify powers our crawlers that collect publicly available social media posts and discussions matching your monitoring criteria.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).

Monitoring data (collected mentions and analysis results) associated with your projects is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, this data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
